It is not possible to invest in any specific project and / or property of FUNO, you have to invest in the REIT as a whole through the purchase of CBFI’s.

Investing in FUNO is like investing in any company listed in the Mexican stock exchange.

Here is a three easy step guide to start investing with us:

  • Create an account with a broker dealer of your preference.
  • Once you have an account and are assigned to an executive/advisor, request the purchase of listed CBFIs (equity securities) or bonds (debt securities) from FUNO.

FUNO is the Mexican REIT with the highest liquidity in the Mexican stock exchange, so it is quick and easy to buy and sell its CBFIs.

FUNO does not offer guaranteed returns, paying dividends according to the flows generated by its operation (for investments in CBFIs); pays interest in its bonds according to the characteristics of each of them. Furthermore, dividend distribution is performed every quarter.
