The organization does not, under any circumstances, hire anyone under the age of 15; or under the age of 18 for activities which could be dangerous. FUNO has established several control mechanisms to avoid minors working for us, such as:

  • Age due diligence with birth certificate and other official records.

  • Proof of completion of education.

  • Psychological tests.

  • All our internship or part time employees are recruited through institutions recognized by the Mexican Ministry of Education and do not constitute our main workforce.
