The organization does not, under any circumstances, hire anyone under the age of 15; or under the age of 18 for activities which could be dangerous. FUNO has established several control mechanisms to avoid minors working for us, such as:
Age due diligence with birth certificate and other official records.
Proof of completion of education.
All our internship or part time employees are recruited through institutions recognized by the Mexican Ministry of Education and do not constitute our main workforce.
